Relocatable Homes for Sale: Current Stock
Our Current Homes For Sale
We don't just move them, we buy them too. Every home below is a real house we own or have listed, ready to be relocated to your section, from renovated character homes sourced in Auckland suburbs like Forrest Hill, Mount Roskill, Mount Eden and Epsom, to compact double-glazed, heat-pumped minor dwellings around 43sqm that make a tidy second dwelling or rental. Each one has been assessed for relocation before it is listed. We deliver houses for removal across the Waikato and the Bay of Plenty, Tauranga included, and anywhere else in the North Island.

How buying a relocatable home works
Choose a home from the stock above and tell us where it is going. We assess the section and the route up front, rather than over-promising: most homes can be relocated, but structural condition and local zoning set the limits.
We quote the whole job: the home, transport, piles and any repiling, plus the consent work.
A building consent is needed before the home is placed on your site. We help you through it. Allow around three months for council on top of our work queue, so planning three to four months ahead gives the smoothest result.
We prepare the site and drive the piles, then move the home, usually at night under NZTA over-dimensional permits, with the route planned and traffic controlled the whole way.
The home is landed level on its new piles and finished, ready for your family.
Why buy a relocatable home
Relocating a sound home is often quicker, cheaper and more environmentally friendly than demolition and a new build, and it lets another family create memories in a home that would otherwise be lost. Fire2020 Ltd, who have relocated five houses, said our sales support went above and beyond in helping resolve an insurance issue, and called the piling work absolute perfection: everything lined up, the house perfectly level, and the council inspector impressed.

FAQs
Got questions? We've got answers! See more of our common house moving questions here
What is included when I buy a house for removal?
The home as listed, assessed for relocation. Transport, piles, repiling, consent assistance and any finishing work are quoted separately for your specific section so you can see exactly what makes up the total.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on distance, access at both ends and whether the home moves in one piece or several. Rural sections down long gravel driveways are normal for us and are priced into the quote. See our relocation cost guide for what changes the price.
Can you help with council consent?
Yes. A building consent is required before the home is placed, and we help clients through the process. Realistically, allow about three months for council.
How long until the home is on my site?
Plan for three to four months from the day you choose the home, most of which is council time. If you have a hard deadline, tell us early and we will work back from it.
